  A internet é um meio de todo o mundo para troca de informações e opiniões, de sábios à bobos.Podemos ler jornais de terras distantes, ver a nossa nossa própria casa a partir do espaço exterior, ver as últimas notícias em tempo real via vídeo. Podemos comprar e vender qualquer coisa de casas para automóveis, fazer serviços bancários on-line, reservar uma mesa num restaurante, sem sair de casa. 
  O planeta Terra é agora uma palavra muito pequena. A "geração conectada" envia e recebe e-mail, e mensagens de texto, compartilha áudios e vídeos de arquivos, troca de fotos e vídeo em tempo real a partir de telefones celulares e laptops quase qualquer lugar do planeta. 
  Combinando ferramentas com a linguagem, a Internet é um enorme passo em direção a conectividade global. Temos agora a oportunidade de criar a chamada aldeia global. Mas o que é o futuro da internet? Talvez a internet é a nossa aldeia fogueira, iluminando a clareira que fizemos na selva escura da ignorância e do medo, afastando a escuridão circundante. 
  O que está para além de que a luz é uma apenas uma suposição. Ninguém pode oferece mais que suposições inteligentes. Por definição, não podemos imaginar o que não podemos imaginar. Muitos "surfistas" são frustados pela enorme quantidade de conteúdo disponível. É difícil distinguir lixo de nutrição, informações úteis de desinformação. Procurando informação online é como tentar pegar um copo de água de Niagara Falls. Mas você pode viver sem ele?

Can you Live Without It?

  The internet is a worldwide medium for exchanging information and opinions, from wise to silly.We can read newspapers from distant lands, see our our own house from outer space, watch breaking news in real time via video.We can buy and sell anything from houses to automobiles, do on-line banking, reserve a restaurant table, without leaving home.
  Planet Earth is now a really small word. The "connected generation" sends and receives email, and text mensagens, shares audios and file videos, exchanges pictures and real-time video from cell phones and leptops almost anywhere on the planet.
  Combining tools with language, the Internet is an enormous step toward global connectivity.We now have the opportunity to create the so-called global village. But what is the future of the internet ?Perhaps the internet is our village campfire, illuminating the clearing that we have made in the dark jungle of ignorance and fear, pushing away the surrounding darkness.
  What lies beyond that  light is a just a supposition. Nobody can offers more that clever suppositions. By definition, we cannot imagine what we cannot imagine. Many Web sufers are frustaded by the enormous amount of content available.It's hard to distinguish  garbage from nutrition, useful information from misinformation. Searching for infromation online is like trying to get a glass of water from Niagara Falls. But can you live without it?
